On the 5.7-hectare area, which was previously a long-term car park, there are initially plans for two buildings of 2,500 square meters each. JV company develops Skavstalund

Arlandastad Group, through its subsidiary Stockholm Skavsta Airport AB, has entered into a joint venture with Fjellskärs Gård AB for the development of Skavstalund.
